The ink we use to print is 100% biodegradable and holds the GOTS and OEKO-Tex Standard 100 environmental compliance certification.
We have worked closely with Canada's premiere knitwear manufacture to develop a profile that produces sharp and saturated prints on cotton knits. The 100% cotton knit fabrics we can print on include jersey, french terry, and slub fabric.
Our sustainable print solution can be implement on a wide array of fabrics. We highly suggest sending at least 15 metres for testing and possible custom profile building to produce optimal results.
Since everything textile decoration and printing is fully customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges on completed projects.
If there are defects in the fabric you received, please reach out within 5 business days via email of receipt with images.
You have the options of providing your own fabric, however, we require 15 metres of said fabric for testing. Once testing has concluded we will inform you if the fabric can be printed on.
We require all test rolls to be in 15 metre roll form in a core.
Please note we have reject certain fabrics to due to previous tests we have done.
Please contact us immediately to see if your fabric has been put into production. Any orders already printed cannot be canceled, changed or refunded; however, shipping charges can be canceled and refunded if your order hasn’t been shipped.
